The CE marking and ETA approval (ETA-12/0471) of the screws ensure their usability in load-bearing structures. The innovative Ultra double coating provides high corrosion resistance in the climatic exposure classes C4(VH) / C5(H).

The Ultra C4/C5 series is designed for builders who demand reliable performance, long service life, and easy installation from their screws.

C4 class corrosion resistance means high protection in environments where structures are exposed to moisture and varying weather conditions.

Three Different Head Models

Wafer Head

The wide-headed model offers a large support surface for frame construction and load-bearing connections. The washer-like head enhances the strength of the joint and keeps the materials securely in place even in heavy structures.

The range includes screws with nominal head widths of 6 mm – 8 mm, lengths of 40 mm – 240 mm, and head diameters of 15 mm and 20 mm. The screws feature an internal drive of Torx 30 and Torx 40.

Flange Head

The Torx flanged head model brings a completely new level of user convenience to the market. The flange provides a high clamping force and allows for quick installation without a separate washer. This model is particularly suitable for frames, exterior and log structures, and applications where installation speed is critical.

The range includes screws with nominal head widths of 6 mm – 10 mm, lengths of 40 mm – 200 mm, key spacing/jaw spacing of 8 mm, 12 mm, and 15 mm, as well as flange diameters of 12.5 mm, 14.5 mm, and 17.5 mm.

Countersunk Head

The countersunk head model is a classic and refined solution for general fastening. The grooves beneath the head sink the screw neatly flush with the wooden surface, resulting in a polished finish for both interior and exterior structures.

The range includes screws with nominal head widths of 4.5 mm - 8 mm, lengths of 40 mm – 240 mm, and head diameters of 8.9 mm – 14.5 mm.

Fast and effortless installation

The SmartFix tip of Ultra screws bites immediately into the wood, eliminating the need for pre-drilling. The asymmetric thread and integrated milling ribs along the shank reduce the required driving torque, saving battery power and reducing strain on the installer. The installation process is faster and smoother, while the internal Torx drive ensures excellent bit grip and controlled fastening.
