AUTOMATIC MATERIAL MONITORING AND REPLENISHMENT
All Clever applications utilize an intelligent optical sensor that continuously monitors stock levels. Materials can be stored in bins, and the system can also count individual items. Whether the products are boxes, bottles, discs, components, or even pallets, the system can monitor them effectively.
The solution is location-independent and can be used not only on shelving systems but also at assembly points, workstations, or even in service vehicles.
When the reorder point is reached, the system automatically generates a purchase order in the ERP system via a mobile network connection. The supplier delivers the replenishment, and restocking is carried out according to the agreed process.
The second generation of CleverSystem raises the bar: a new, more compact sensor enables monitoring of a wide variety of materials and products, even in small and challenging spaces.
These enhancements make the system more flexible, scalable, and adaptable to different operating environments. The browser-based user interface enables real-time monitoring from computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
